We attach great importance to high quality standards in the manufacture of our products. This not only ensures the quality of care for children and young people, our products are also durable and can be easily reused by health insurance companies.

What is the reuse of medical aids?

Health insurance companies have a pool of medical aids at their disposal. Devices that are no longer needed are stored there so that they can be reused after reprocessing. When an application for an assistive product is made via the health insurance companies, the pool of assistive products of the respective health insurance company is searched first. If a suitable aid is found there, it is prepared for reuse. The aid should fit the patient just as well as a new fitting. Due to the durability of our aids, some of our products can be reused. In order to ensure the supply of any spare parts that may be required, we as the manufacturer guarantee the supply of spare parts within the warranty period (2 years in our case) as part of the health insurance companies’ reuse system. We also endeavour to ensure the supply of spare parts beyond this period.
