Thanks to ongoing research, innovative developments and the targeted use of digital technologies, we are optimising our processes and taking our service to the next level.

One example of this is our spare parts, product information and configuration system, epiks. With epiks, you can reconfigure medical aids and also request spare parts and accessories for reuse. You can find the product with ease by entering the serial number or using feature filters. Behind epiks lies an intelligent system that automatically suggests the correct size based on dimensional specifications. Every entry is checked for plausibility. Structured data collection reduces processing times. We therefore prioritise the processing of enquiries generated via epiks.
Brilliant enhancements to our therapy chairs
There have been further developments, including for the therapy chairs! We now offer maxi in size 1b and, optionally, with tool-free adjustment. 125 mm castors with front direction locks are now included in the basic model and improve manoeuvrability. For smilla, we have optimised the armrests, which used to slip slightly under load. The new version is made from glass-fibre-reinforced plastic and is as strong as an elephant.
