The maxi work and therapy chair is particularly suitable for taller children and teenagers at school, in nursery, at therapy centres or at home. It is ideal for everyday use, therapeutic exercises and activities where a stable and comfortable sitting position is important. With its discreet design, the maxi is hardly distinguishable from other office chairs.
A wide range of accessories is available for the maxi, such as a headrest, lateral pads, thigh guides, an abduction wedge and adjustable pelvic guidance. Also available are a push bar, a therapy tray, footplates and customisable, lockable castors or harness systems. These accessories are designed to meet the young person’s individual support needs and are available as optional extras. Many adjustments can be made without tools. A conversion kit for tool-free adjustment is available as an optional extra.
The maxi is fitted with a rechargeable battery and can also be powered by an external power source. Height and seat adjustment are controlled via a wired hand-held remote.
