dynamic pacer. – the dynamic walking trainer.

The dynamic pacer helps children and young people to move around safely and actively, and can be adapted to individual needs. The multi-positioning saddle supports part of the users weight and allows for finely adjusted pelvic positioning to ensure an upright, stable posture.

Thanks to its versatile design, the dynamic pacer can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories to provide a high level of support. At the same time, with a reduced set of features, it is also suitable for children and young people who require less support and are able to contribute as much independent effort as possible whilst walking.

Key features include the dynamic frame, the individual positioning options, the secure guidance provided by the steering castors, and the flexibility to adapt to different therapeutic goals in everyday life and during therapy.

What dynamic pacer. can do.

  • The multi-positioning saddle supports a stable, upright posture, takes some of the body weight off the user and allows for finely tuned pelvic positioning in five directions.
  • The dynamic upper frames move with the user and support a natural, physiological gait pattern through vertical and horizontal dynamics.
  • A large support surface provides stability whilst walking and allows the walker to be used both in front of and behind the body – depending on the therapeutic goal and individual needs.
  • Swivel castors with a friction brake, backwards stop, parking brake and direction locks ensure safe manoeuvring, a controlled pace and good directional stability.
  • Tool-free adjustment options facilitate individual customisation in everyday life and during therapy.
  • A comprehensive range of options expands the versatility of use, offering both extensive support and a deliberately simplified configuration to encourage greater independent activity.

Introducing the accessories for the dynamic pacer

With smart accessories, effective support doesn’t require a fully equipped setup. The new handles, chest system and multi-positioning saddle (MPS) provide the essential support needed for a wide range of situations. Watch the video to discover how a simple setup can make a big difference.

The multi-positioning saddle is highly effective!

It allows for quick, precise adjustment of the pelvic position when using the walking frame as both an anterior and a posterior walking aid.

The multi-positioning saddle helps children to get moving really effectively, and adsorbs part of your body weight. In this way, the pelvic position can be as finely adjusted as required in five different directions.
