Our General Terms and Conditions.

Dear Business Partner,
we have updated our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) with effect from 14 May 2024. You can download the latest version here. To ensure greater transparency and to assist you with order processing, we have also compiled an extract from our General Terms and Conditions for your reference.

In particular, the clear description of the procedures to be followed in the event of warranty claims, returns and transport damage will simplify our working relationship.

Please also note the changes to the calculation of pro-rata transport and packaging costs.
