Today’s spotlight is on our lovely colleague Ramona Marziano.
Ramona has been part of our national customer service team for many years and is particularly on hand to help you with any queries about the madita range and the franka chassis. She’s also one of your contact persons for our spare parts, product information and configuration system, epiks.
1. Ramona, what does good teamwork mean to you?
For me, good teamwork means that we coordinate within the group, listen to one another and make up for each other’s weaknesses by supporting one another. For me, that’s the basis of a good working relationship that really works.
2. What’s your favourite product?
I really like our till because it’s so versatile. But I also absolutely love the madita-fun. There’s one very special moment from the test and trial day that’s stuck in my memory: A little girl was lying in her pushchair when she arrived and when she was then put into the madita-fun, she beamed so brightly – that just made me so happy.
3. What’s one thing you can’t leave the house without in the morning?
I never leave the house in the morning without having had a cup of coffee first. If I don’t manage to have one in the morning, I definitely take one with me to work.
