Today’s spotlight is on our dear colleague Simon Graß.
Simon has been an office management trainee for almost three years. He supports our team with great motivation and dedication across a wide range of departments.
1. Simon, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Since the start of this year, I’ve been going to the gym quite a lot in my spare time – usually three times a week. I really enjoy it and it’s a great way for me to unwind from everyday life. Otherwise, I enjoy football – I like watching it and I often go to matches, for example those of VFL Osnabrück or FC Bayern.
2. What’s been your best ‘Schuchmann moment’ so far?
One of my best Schuchmann moments was definitely my 18th birthday. So many colleagues came to wish me a happy birthday – it was simply an unforgettable day!
3. Why did you choose Schuchmann as your training company?
I first came across Schuchmann at a careers fair. What I was told there really appealed to me. I found it exciting that here you can help lots of children and young people and make their lives a bit easier. That’s what motivated me to start here.
